Order Processing Time
All orders placed on Princessa.com are subject to order processing. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch.
- Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 1–3 business days
- Custom or made-to-order jewelry: Processing time may take 7–21 business days, depending on design complexity and stone availability
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic locations within our operating country
- Select international destinations
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
- Delivery time may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services
Shipping Costs

Packaging & Security
All jewelry is shipped in secure, discreet packaging to ensure safety and prevent theft. High-value orders may require:
- Signature upon delivery

Princessa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but stolen after delivery.
Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees
- Princessa is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:
- Contact us immediately at support@princessa.com
- Provide your order number and supporting photos (if damaged)
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made at our discretion after investigation.
Shipping Delays

Princessa is not liable for delays outside our control.
Refused or Unclaimed
If a package is refused or unclaimed:
- The order may be returned to us
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
