Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

All jewelry purchased from Princessa is covered by a Limited Manufacturing Warranty for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Defects in metal structure due to manufacturing
  • Loose stones caused by manufacturing faults
  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Defective settings or mounting issues

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or tarnishing over time
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling
  • Loss or theft of jewelry or gemstones
  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, or extreme conditions
  • Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations
  • Natural variations in gemstones, including inclusions or color differences

3. Custom & Made-to-Order

Custom-made or personalized items are covered only for manufacturing defects.

Design preferences, size issues, or change-of-mind requests are not covered under warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

Email support@princessa.com and include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Inspection & Resolution

Once a claim is approved:

  • The item may need to be returned for inspection
  • Princessa will determine whether to repair, replace, or issue store credit
  • Replacement items are subject to availability

6. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for shipping items to Princessa unless otherwise stated
  • Princessa will cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements
  • Items must be securely packaged and insured when returned

7. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Princessa shall not be liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, profits, or emotional value
  • Damages beyond the original purchase price of the item

9. Policy Modifications

Princessa reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
